Judicial Review Appeal in an Unemployment matter

"Won My Case! I needed to file a Judicial Review Appeal in an Unemployment matter. I had no idea what to do. Ms. Austin first attempted to resolve the matter, but the parties were uninterested and uncooperative. Having been a Judge, Ms. Austin wrote an excellent Petition and backed it up with an extensive Brief and then argued the case in Superior Court against my former employer with the State represented by an Assistant Attorney General from the Law Department. Laura won the case for me in a case law setting decision which ends, "The Hearing Officer's determination MUST be Reversed; the Employer's Appeal Dismissed as a Matter of Law; and the Claimant's Unemployment Benefits Restored as if Never Denied."
